Client: Not to be disclosed, still under NDAs
Ness Digital Engineering
Year: 2023-2024
The client already had built an API solution that would provide standardised cognitive, personality, and psychological assessments to be integrated to the clients' platform, mainly dedicated to HR specialists. They needed an web based app that would not only provide helpful information related to the software integration, but also have credential and some campaign management options. The final goal would have been to have a platform that would reflect API functionality for users that wouldn't proceed to an actual integration or as a demo software (but currently has been de-scoped).
API integration platform for HR assessments
Research
According to my analysis, which involved reviewing existing documentation and conducting stakeholder interviews, I successfully synthesized the gathered information into fundamental product characteristics, user personas, and a comprehensive list of competitors. By aligning business, marketing, and technical requirements with user needs and expectations, I developed a foundational information architecture. This framework serves as the cornerstone for delineating product specifications and shaping future functionalities.
Wireframes
With the groundwork laid, I commenced crafting wireframes for the agreed-upon functionalities in collaboration with both the product and technical teams. Subsequently, in conjunction with the product owner, I facilitated brief workshops involving key stakeholders from business, product, technical, and sales domains, eliciting feedback and invaluable insights regarding the proposed functionalities.
Final designs and prototyping
Upon validating the high-level prototypes of the wireframes, I proceeded to design common interface components and strategised functionality for upcoming sprints using the global design system provided by the client. This approach aimed to expedite the feedback loop, allowing for iterative refinement in collaboration with the Business Analysis (BA) team prior to delivery to the development team.
